Professional Negligence

The barristers at Stone Chambers provide advocacy and advice in relation to professional negligence claims, for example in connection with land transactions, litigation, construction projects, shipping and insurance.  Work is undertaken on behalf of both claimants and insurers as well as defendants.

We have experience of professional negligence claims based on breach of contract, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of trust.  Cases we have been instructed on range from substantial claims arising in a wide variety of commercial contexts to smaller claims by private individuals against professional advisers who they feel have provided a poor service.
